When you are born in a different country than in the one of your ethnic origin you will grow up with different mindset. At some point of your life your identity will begin to perish. To be born in a different world creates a rare condition where you feel at home but in the same moment you are not welcome. Some people will always see you as a foreigner no matter how well you understand the language or how well you are integrated. This feeling of "being different" creates a state of discomfort that is hard to ignore. Identity is a self-portrait about questioning the own mind and body.
